User Experience Design

Define form and behavior solutions that satisfy users’ goals and necessary system interactions to develop a design that supports users' needs as opposed to one to which users must adapt.


Usability Testing

Evaluate and analyze designs with actual or representative users in order to improve usability and validate that the design meets usability objectives. Compliant to IEC 62366-1 and 60601-1-6. 


​Risk Management

Conduct extensive use error analysis to develop and apply strategies in order to control use-related hazards and ensure system safety from a human factors perspective.

Regulatory Review
Ensure conformance to FDA and IEC regulation and guidance. Prepare Human Factors reports for submission filing (510K, PMA, CE). 

​Process Development
Develop processes (SOPs, DOPs, WIs) and establish formalized UX approach. 

Training
Conduct seminars, webinars, tutorials and interactive workshops on Human Factors, UX and usability best practices and methodologies. 

​Expert Witness
Provide forensic HF analysis with emphasis on labeling, product liability and accident investigation/driver distraction.
